Sunday School

Since Sunday School follows worship and fellowship times, we are able to come into the time dedicated to teaching and learning with hearts and minds enflamed and inspired by the singing, preaching, and praying. In fact, we often begin with praise for the blessing of God’s word and presence we have just experienced. Being thus prepared, we are eager for the further spritual teaching we receive.

Adult Sunday School

Our adult Sunday School class is always biblically focused, but topics are wide-ranging. Among the subjects we have studied are the 1689 Confession, biblical parenting, and financial stewardship.

Children's Sunday School

Children 7-14 attend Sunday School where they enjoy “sword drills” and sermon review while also following an Old Testament overview focused on pointing them to Christ.

The class for children ages 3-6 is working through the catechism*, helping familiarize them with the doctrines while also giving them a basic understanding of the biblical underpinnings of the questions and answers.

Nursery during Sunday School
Nursery care is available for newborns through age 2. There are always two workers, either church members or regular attenders, with the babies.
